   3. 24 hour notice of needed ride. 

   4. Must apply through Carta to qualify for program: https://www.gocarta.org/usingcarta/services/care-a-van/ 

   5. Transport for qualified Hamilton County residents for $2.50 one way or $5.00 round trip.
